With years of experience as a psychologist, I specialize in providing therapy to adults and young people. My therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and a focus on emotional processes.

What does the first visit to a psychologist look like?

The first meeting is a consultation, during which we get to know each other and discuss your needs and expectations. This is the time for a casual conversation – you don't have to prepare for it in any special way. Finally, we determine together whether and how we can continue to work.

How long does one therapy session last?

A standard session lasts 50 minutes. In the case of couples or family therapy, meetings can be longer – up to 90 minutes, if necessary.

How often do meetings take place?

Most often, sessions are held once a week to ensure the continuity of therapeutic work. In some cases, less frequent or frequent meetings are possible, depending on your needs and situation.

    Is therapy for me?

Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, or cope with emotional difficulties. You don't have to have diagnosed problems to use support – sometimes the conversation itself helps to see new perspectives.

Can I take advantage of an online consultation?

Yes! I offer online consultations, which are a convenient and effective alternative to face-to-face meetings. All you need is Internet access and a quiet place to talk.

Are my conversations with the psychologist confidential?

Yes, all conversations are completely confidential. I am bound by professional secrecy, which means that no information is passed on to third parties, unless required by law (e.g. in the event of a threat to life or health).
